Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Banana Thumbnail account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Banana Thumbnail App

Launch the app on your iOS or Android device.

Go to Settings

Tap on your profile icon, then select "Settings" from the menu.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the settings page.

Confirm Deletion

Review the information and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Account Information

  • × Email address
  • × Profile data
  • × Token balance

Your Content

  • × Generated thumbnails
  • × Generated videos
  • × Brand kits
  • × Uploaded images

Usage Data

  • × Purchase history
  • × Generation history
  • × App preferences

Shared Content

  • × Shared images
  • × Content reports

Important:

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data, generated content, or purchased tokens.
